Which is better, heavy or light blade?
In general, it is recommended to choose a racket as heavy as you can swing comfortably and with full control.
When using rackets with the same reaction property and swinging at the same speed, a heavier racket produces more powerful shots.
On the other hand, a lighter racket offers better handling, especially when switching quickly between forehand and backhand.
